We want you to order with confidence. If your purchase is not quite right for you, you can return it within the return period below.
Return period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to register your return and send the product back.
Return conditions
In order for us to process your return correctly, the following conditions apply:
- The bracelet must be unworn and undamaged
- The item must be returned in its original condition
- The item must be returned securely packaged
How do I register a return?
Please send an email to info@cleoandbloom.com including your order number and the reason for your return. We will then send you the next steps.
Return costs
The cost of returning an order is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend sending your return with track & trace for extra security.
Refund
Once we have received and inspected your return, the purchase amount will be refunded within a few business days using the original payment method.
